We make Marketing Cloud make sense

VeLens is an AI-native intelligence layer for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, so the people who run it spend less time fighting the tool and more time doing the work. It started as a single Chrome extension and grew into a platform: one brain, meeting you on every surface you work in.

Built by someone who lived in the click-maze

It started with a simple frustration: everything in Marketing Cloud takes too many clicks. Finding why an automation failed. Checking whether a subscriber is really unsubscribed. Tracing what a data extension feeds before you dare rename it. The answers exist. They're just buried under tabs, framesets, and legacy screens.

VeLens was founded by an SFMC practitioner who'd spent years in that maze, building journeys, writing SQL, and answering the same support tickets over and over. The insight was that most of that work isn't hard; it's just tedious and out of reach. An assistant that could read the org and answer in place would give hours back every week.

The first surface was a Chrome extension, because that's where the work already happens: right on top of Marketing Cloud, next to the automation or email or data extension you're already looking at. No new dashboard to context-switch into. The answer appears where the question was asked.

That extension proved the idea, and VeLens grew into a platform around it: one server-side brain feeding multiple surfaces. Two are live today: VeLens Cloud, the web app, which also opens inside Marketing Cloud from SFMC's own app menu, and VeLens for Marketing Cloud, the Chrome extension. Slack and Teams, Journey Builder activities, and a public API are on the way. Wherever Marketing Cloud teams do their work, VeLens intends to meet them there.

Principles behind the product

Three commitments shape every decision we make about VeLens.

01

Privacy first

No subscriber row data ever reaches the model. Schemas, counts, and errors only. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and every write waits for your confirmation. Privacy is a constraint we design around, not a policy we bolt on.

02

In the flow

Help belongs where the work happens. VeLens meets you where you already are: inside Marketing Cloud, in the browser, next to whatever you're looking at. You get answers and actions without switching tabs, copying data, or losing your place.

03

For the whole team

Admins, developers, and marketers all work in Marketing Cloud, and they all deserve first-class support. VeLens covers the parts each of them fights with most, not just one role's happy path.
