What is metered
- AI chat: 20 conversations for each team member. Starting a new conversation costs one. Replies inside a conversation are free.
- Small AI tools (Subject Scorer, AI Data Extension descriptions): 100 calls a month. The count resets on the 1st.
- Everything else is free: Search and the other tools never use credits. Query Studio's Explain & Optimize starts an AI conversation, so it uses one.
Out of credits? Give us feedback on what's working, what could be better, or any bugs you have found, and we will top you up, free. Ask for more credits.
If we introduce pricing later, this page says so first, and anyone already using VeLens hears from us before anything changes.
